We’ve tried this 2 Ingredient Banana Pancake recipe a few times now and they’re quickly becoming a favourite.  These ‘pancakes’ are a hit with baby, toddler & us too!  They are super easy to make and any leftovers will keep well in the refrigerator for a day or two.

  • blend 1 banana & 2 organic eggs
  • pour into skillet as you would normal pancakes
  • serve with organic butter (if dairy digests well with your little one)
  • enjoy!

We like to add a dash of cinnamon and include pure maple syrup on our pancakes!
